At Lolo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
1. 7-Day Return Window
You have 7 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange. After 7 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

Packaging: It must be in the original packaging with all tags (such as the brand logo or price tags) still attached.

Proof of Purchase: You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons:

Items marked as "Final Sale."

Personalized or custom-made apparel.

Worn or damaged items due to customer misuse.
4. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at @rrdenterprises09@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on where to send your package.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [5-7] business days.

Shipping Costs: Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product in a different size, please reach out to us within the 7-day window.
